You can find us over in Tirunelveli Junction at the ATM Building, which is number one on Madurai Road. We are directly opposite the Parani Hotel, so that’s the easiest way to find our door. Tirunelveli Junction is a very hectic area, especially with the railway station and all the buses coming through. Being on Madurai Road means we are right in the thick of it. The office is a simple one-room setup in the building. We’ve got our desks pushed against the walls and some plastic chairs for customers. It’s a practical space where we handle all the travel arrangements. The noise from the street is constant—horns, people shouting, and the sound of the trains in the distance. We open early because that’s when the travelers are moving. It’s often quite hot here, so the ceiling fan is always on high speed. We don’t have any big advertisements or polished brochures. People come to us because we’re right here at the junction and they need to get somewhere. We spend our time checking routes and booking seats for people. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve seen a lot of people pass through this office over the years. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We like the location because it’s so central to everything happening in Tirunelveli and it’s easy for anyone to find us.
