Out here in Kuthankuzhi, things move a bit slower than in the city. Our place is in Fathima Puram, which is part of Radha Puram Taluk. We export local goods, mostly whatever is in season or in demand from the nearby farms and small producers. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the crates are packed right. I spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the trucks. The warehouse at number 5/239 isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We don't have a big staff, just a few local people who know how to pack things carefully. Sometimes the logistics get messy, especially with the shipping schedules changing. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a quiet area, and we like it that way. Most of the folks around here know us as the ones who send stuff far away. We started doing this because there was a need to get local products out to other markets. It’s not glamorous work. There's a lot of lifting and counting. My office is just a corner of the warehouse with a computer and a fan. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. It's a practical business built on knowing the right people and keeping our word. We've been here for years and plan to stay. Sometimes the dust from the loading area gets everywhere, but that is just part of the daily routine here. We just load the trucks and get on with the day.
