Kather Nidhi Limited

Our office is at 155/1 on the 1st Street of Seevelaperi Road. This is in the SHNR part of Palayamkottai. The name on the door is Kather Nidhi Limited. It’s a pretty quiet street compared to some of the bigger roads in the city. We are on 1st Street, so it’s one of the first turns you see. Kather Nidhi Limited is just a small local place. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just us in here working through the day. The building at 155/1 is old but it stays cool enough in the shade. Palayamkottai is a nice place to be based. We see the same faces walking by most mornings. We don’t spend much on decorating or anything like that. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes people get confused by the street names, but Seevelaperi Road is a main one so it’s not too hard to find. We just tell them to look for 1st Street and they find Kather Nidhi Limited eventually. It’s a steady kind of life here. We open up in the morning and close when we are done. There isn't much more to say about it. We are just a small business at a regular address. 155/1 Seevelaperi Road is where we spend our time. It works for us and we’ve been here a while now. We keep our files organized on the shelves and wait for the postman.
