We spend our days at 123/1, Veerappapuram Street, which is right in the heart of Kallidaikurichi. It’s a quiet enough part of Ambasamudram, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of things here in Tirunelveli. Kallidai Food Products Private Limited isn’t a big, flashy corporation. Most of us who work here live nearby in the 627416 area, so there isn’t much of a commute for anyone. Dealing with various food products is what we do, day in and day out. The building we work out of is pretty old, but it serves its purpose. Morning usually starts with a lot of paperwork and checking of boxes, which isn't very exciting, but it’s part of the job. Sometimes the heat in Tamil Nadu gets a bit much during the long afternoons. That’s when we keep the old fans going and just stay busy with our tasks. Marketing isn't really our thing, and we don't have any fancy brochures. People around the neighborhood know exactly where to find us. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Because the street is narrow, deliveries can be a bit of a squeeze for the trucks. Taking it one day at a time is how we operate. It’s a simple life, and we are fine with that. Doing the work is what matters most to us in the end. It's just a regular local spot where things get done.
