Ground Construction

Our office is over at No 16/3A in Mavadi Kulanthankarai, which is part of the Tachanallur area in Tirunelveli. We’re right near the Government School, so you can hear the kids at recess if you’re here during the day. It’s a humble spot, really. We just needed a place to keep our equipment and sit down to go over the site plans. Most of the time, the floor has a bit of red dirt on it from our boots. Construction isn't a clean job, and our office reflects that. We have some old chairs, a big table for the drawings, and a shelf full of building codes. We don't have a marketing person or anyone to answer the door in a suit. It’s usually just one of us coming in from a job site to check some numbers. We’ve been working around Tirunelveli for a long time. We know the people and we know how to get things built without wasting a lot of time. It’s a lot of physical labor and careful watching of the details. We like the quiet of this neighborhood. It lets us focus when we need to figure out a tricky part of a project. We just do the work, day in and day out. There’s no magic to it, just staying on top of the tasks and making sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn't leak. It’s what we know how to do, and we just keep at it.
