Green Valley'S Minerals is located at 183, Kadupatti Road in Vaithya Nathapuram Padakarai. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a quiet enough area for us to get our work done. We deal with minerals, which is a heavy and dusty business. You won't find any polished floors or air-conditioned waiting rooms here. It’s more about the trucks coming in and the raw materials being handled. The road can be a bit bumpy, and we are constantly dealing with the elements, whether it is the hot sun or the rain making everything muddy. We have been at this location for some time now and have gotten used to the way things work in this part of the country. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time outside or in the shed making sure the minerals are sorted and ready to go. Our staff is local, and we all just pitch in wherever help is needed. There isn't really a strict hierarchy; we just want to get the job done so we can go home to our families. Sometimes the equipment breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of life at Green Valley'S. We don’t have a big marketing plan. We just rely on the fact that we do our work honestly and people know where to find us on Kadupatti Road. It keeps us busy enough.
