Grace Constructions

We are located at 44 C on Thomas Street in Perumalpuram, which is over in Tirunelveli. It’s a quiet residential street for the most part, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Grace Constructions is run out of this small office space that we’ve made our own. It’s not a big commercial building with elevators. You just walk up to the door and knock. The inside is filled with blueprints, some old samples of tiles, and a lot of notebooks. We spend our mornings planning out construction jobs and the afternoons visiting different sites around the city. Tirunelveli has its own pace, and we like it that way. Thomas Street is easy to find if you’re familiar with the Perumalpuram area. We don't have any fancy signs out front, just a small board so people know they’ve found the right place. It’s a family-style environment here, where we drink tea and talk about the day’s tasks before getting started. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do a good job on the houses and buildings we work on. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have a fan that keeps things moving. It’s a straightforward, local operation. We know the local suppliers and the people in the neighborhood, which makes everything feel a lot more personal than dealing with a big corporation.
