Galaxy Hospitals

Our place, Galaxy Hospitals, is located right on the 110 E/20/1 North Bye Pass Road in Vannarpettai. If you’ve driven past that way, you’ve probably seen the sign. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of trucks and cars in the background. We’ve got a decent-sized setup here. It’s not trying to be a five-star hotel; it’s just a hospital. People come in from all over the Vannarpettai area because we’re easy to find on the bypass. The lobby is usually buzzing with families and people waiting for appointments. We have different floors for different needs, and the elevators can be a bit slow when it’s busy, so a lot of us just take the stairs. The staff here are regular people—some have been here since we opened, others are newer. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We’re more worried about making sure the rooms are ready and the doctors are on schedule. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to patients and trying to keep everything moving smoothly. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming when a lot of people show up at once, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. It’s a practical, straightforward kind of place where we just focus on the job at hand and help people feel better.
