Our place is located in Landmark Tower, right on the South Bye Pass in Vannarpette. It is pretty easy to find because we are directly opposite the BSNL office, which everyone in the area knows. The bypass road is always moving with buses and trucks, so there is a lot of energy outside our windows. Inside, we try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, it can get a bit hectic with everyone arriving at once. The lobby has chairs for people to wait, and we usually have a small TV running, though nobody really watches it much. We handle a lot of healthcare needs for the people living around Vannarpette. The doctors have their schedules, and the nurses are always moving from one room to another. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so a few people prefer taking the stairs if they are able. We’ve been in this building for some time, and the walls have a few scuffs here and there, but it shows we are working hard. We don’t really do much advertising; people just know we are across from BSNL and they come in when they need us. By the time the sun goes down, the bypass slows down just a little bit, and we start finishing up the last of the files. It’s just a regular, honest day of work for everyone here at the tower.
