Coach India Ltd.

You can find us over at Papa Vinasam, near the Mill Post in Ambasamudram. It’s a bit out of the way, but it’s where we’ve set up our operations. The area is mostly known for the mills, so we fit right in with the industrial vibe of the place. We’ve been here at Coach India Ltd for a while now, handling various production tasks. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a plain structure that gets the job done. Inside, it’s usually a mix of noise from the equipment and people talking over their work. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can get our hands dirty and finish the day's tasks. The weather in Ambasamudram can be quite humid, so we have to deal with that as we work. We usually have a small group of workers who know exactly what needs to be done without being told twice. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the items we produce are solid and ready for use. Sometimes we have issues with the power or getting supplies delivered on time because of the location, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We just keep going, day after day, focusing on the work right in front of us. It gets repetitive, but it is what we do.
