Bb Groups Ice Plant

Our place is located at 879, Elangamanipuram. It is not a place with a lot of foot traffic like a shopping street. It is an ice plant, so the main thing we do is freeze water into blocks. It sounds easy but it takes a lot of time and you have to watch the machines constantly. If something breaks, the whole day is ruined. The building is just a plain structure that keeps the equipment out of the rain. We spend most of our time dragging blocks across the floor and getting them ready for whoever needs them. It’s a very practical sort of business. We don't have any sales people or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in boots working near the water tanks. The humidity in Elangamanipuram can be quite high, which makes the cooling process even more important. We try to keep a steady schedule so there is always ice ready when the regulars come to pick it up. Sometimes the trucks come late and we have to wait around, but that’s just part of the routine. We don't really have a big story to tell. We just run the plant and make sure the ice is solid. It’s a bit of a cold and damp environment, but it’s what we do every day without much fuss or bother. We just keep the water running and the compressors humming.
