Balan Travels

Balan Travels is located at No 4, Baskara Thondaiamman Street. This is right in the heart of Tirunelveli Town. If you know the 627006 area, you know it can get pretty crowded with people and traffic. Our little office is tucked away there. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they need to go and which car is available. It is a lot of talking and a lot of checking the clock. Tirunelveli Town is a place with a lot of history, and we have been part of the street for a good while. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know the address on Baskara Thondaiamman Street and come by when they need a ride. Sometimes we are out of the office for a bit if we are helping a driver or checking on a vehicle. It is a small operation. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Balan Travels is just about getting people to their destinations without too much fuss. The street is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. But we make it work. Every morning we open the shutters and start the day. It is the same routine, but every day has different passengers and different stories. We just keep the wheels turning as long as we can. It is a steady way to live and we like being in the town.
