A.V.M. Marimuthu Nadar & Sons

A.V.M. Marimuthu Nadar & Sons is located over at 182, North Cotton Road. We have been working out of this spot for quite a long time now. It’s a family thing, passed down through the years. If you walk down North Cotton Road, you’ll see our place easily enough. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular building where we get our daily work done. My father and his brothers started things here, and now we just keep it going every day. The street outside is usually pretty busy with traffic and people moving about. We open up early in the morning, usually before the sun gets too hot. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who come by. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. We just try to be honest with the folks who walk through the door. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up or organize the back. When the festival season comes, the whole road gets crowded, but we like the energy. It’s been our home for decades. We know the neighbors and they know us. Most of what we do is just steady work. We don't really go for big speeches about what we do. We just show up at 182 and get on with it. It’s a simple life but it suits us fine.
