Architect Interior Designer Project Management

Our office is found at 65-A in the Dharmapuram Adeenam Building, right along S N High Road. It is a fairly well-known building in this area, which makes it easy for people to locate us. We handle a mix of things here, from the initial architecture and interior design to the actual management of the projects as they get built. It is a lot to keep track of, so our desks are usually piled high with folders, site reports, and rolls of drawings. We are not a large firm with a big staff. Instead, it is just a small team of us working together to get things done. Most days, at least one of us is out visiting a construction site because you can't manage a project just by sitting behind a desk. We have been based on S N High Road for quite a while now and we like being in the middle of all the city traffic and activity. People usually come in with an idea for a house or an office, and we help them figure out how to make it happen within their budget. It involves a lot of talking to contractors and making sure the work is actually getting finished. We don't have any fancy brochures or a polished way of speaking. We just tell people the facts about their project and what needs to be done next. It is a busy life, but we enjoy the daily grind.
