Annamalayar Travels

You can find Annamalayar Travels over at the Nellai Lodge in Nellai Town. We are in the 4th Block of the lodge building. It is a bit of an older building, and you have to walk through the main entrance to get to our section. The office is just one room, really. We have a table, a couple of chairs, and a small cupboard for our files. Working in a lodge is interesting because you see a lot of different people staying for a day or two. They usually come to us asking about how to get to the temple or the bus stand. We spend most of our time answering those kinds of questions and booking tickets for them. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the noises from the rest of the lodge, but it is not too bad. We have a small window that looks out into the courtyard, which gives us a little bit of light during the day. It is a very simple setup. We do not use any fancy software; mostly it is just us and our notebooks. Sometimes the light bulbs flicker and we have to give them a tap to stay on. It is just the way things are in these older buildings in Tirunelveli 627006. We have been here long enough that we do not really notice the quirks anymore. We just focus on getting the travel details right for whoever walks through the door looking for help.
