Anisha Cabs

Anisha Cabs is located inside the Arun Communication building on the Main Road. We are right in the Manimuthar Project area of Tirunelveli. It’s a beautiful spot with a lot of greenery and the dam nearby. We’ve been operating from this location for several years. It isn't a dedicated cab office; we share the space, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are doing their other errands. We have a few cars parked nearby on the main road. Most of our trips are for people visiting the project or heading up to the falls. We know the road conditions up the hill very well. It’s not a big corporate setup with a call center. When you call, you usually talk to me or one of the drivers directly. We don't have any fancy brochures or big ads on the highway. We just rely on people seeing our cars or hearing about us from the local shopkeepers. The drivers are all from the local villages around Manimuthar. We spend a lot of time just chatting near the shop while waiting for the next booking. The work is mostly seasonal, getting really busy when the water is high and the tourists come. When it’s quiet, we just maintain the vehicles and relax. We don't have a long-term strategy or anything like that. We just provide a way for people to get around this part of the district. It’s a decent living.
