Our office is located at No.6 in Nehru Nagar NGO A Colony, which is right in Perumalpuram. ADD BLUE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is the name on the door, though we mostly just think of it as our workspace. NGO A Colony is a pretty quiet part of the city, which is helpful when we are trying to concentrate on our tasks. The building is a regular house that has been converted a bit to fit an office. We have several rooms where we keep our computers and the various files we need for the day. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage just fine. We have some plants near the entrance that someone forgot to water last week, but they are still hanging on. The routine here is pretty simple. We show up, check what needs doing, and start working through it. We do not have any big meetings or corporate speeches. It is just about getting the solutions ready for whatever projects we have on hand. The power goes out occasionally, which is common in this part of Tirunelveli, so we have some backups to keep the computers running. We take turns getting snacks from the shop down the street. It is just a normal office with normal people doing their jobs every day in a way that makes sense to us.
