Thirumala Chemicals

You can find Thirumala Chemicals at No.1 in Athiyandal Village. We are part of the Murukkambadi Post in the Tirukoilur region of Villupuram district. Since we are in a village, the whole vibe is very different from a city factory. There are fields not too far from our gate and you can see the trees moving in the breeze. Our building is a simple one, mostly used for storing the chemicals we distribute to the local farms and small businesses. We don't have a fancy paved parking lot, just some flat ground where the vans pull up. The staff mostly comes from the village itself, so everyone knows each other’s families. We start the day early before the sun gets too high in the sky. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags and checking the seals on the containers. We don't have a big corporate structure or managers in suits. Usually, the owner is right there helping with the inventory. In the rainy season, the village roads get a bit tricky, but we’ve learned how to manage it over the years. We keep a small stove in the back to make coffee for anyone who stops by. It is a quiet existence but we stay busy enough with the local demand. We just try to be honest people doing a simple job in our own corner of the world.
