Our place is at plot number 76 on Golden Avenue in Kavi Bharthi Nagar, which is over in Tiruchirappalli. We do infrastructure work, mainly focusing on the essential stuff like preparing land for building and putting in the basic services. The office is actually a small house that we’ve repurposed, so it feels more like a home than a corporate space. We have our maps and computers in what used to be the living room. It’s a comfortable enough spot to handle the paperwork. Most of the time, our trucks and equipment are out at various sites around Trichy. We are a local team, and most of us grew up in this area, so we know the geography pretty well. The work is often hot and dusty, and we spend a lot of time coordinating with different suppliers to make sure the cement and steel arrive on time. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a sales team to go out and find work. Usually, it’s just someone calling us because they saw our sign at another site. We try to be sensible about our costs so we can keep our prices reasonable for our clients. There are days when things don't go according to plan, like when a machine breaks or it starts pouring rain out of nowhere. We just take it in our stride and keep moving forward. It’s a decent, honest way to work for everyone involved.
