Our office is located at No. 24 Rabi Nagar, which sits right along the Trunk Road in Thiruvanaikovil. It’s a very busy road, so there is a constant stream of traffic passing by our front door. The noise can be a lot sometimes, but you eventually just stop hearing it. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a few years now. The building is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it does the job we need it to do. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. If you come in, you’ll probably find one of us in the middle of a task or on the phone. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving along. Our days are filled with the usual stuff like handling orders, checking on stock, and talking to the people who stop by. It can get pretty hot in here during the summer months, so we usually have a few fans going at full blast. Most of our clients are people from the surrounding area or business owners we’ve known for a long time. We don't do any big advertising or have a polished sales pitch. We just open the shop, do the work as best as we can, and try to be helpful to whoever walks in.
