Valliyammai Soft Drinks is located at 8, Duraisamypuram Extension in the Palakarai area. We’ve been set up here for a good long time now. It’s a local neighborhood, and we are just one of the small businesses that make it up. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing team. It is just us, handling the soft drinks and making sure everything is in order. Palakarai is a place where people look out for each other. We know most of the people who walk past our door every day. Duraisamypuram Extension is easy to find if you are familiar with this part of town. We don't make big promises or use fancy language about what we do. We just sell soft drinks. It is a straightforward business and we like it that way. Sometimes it gets really hot and we can't keep enough stock on the shelves, which is a good problem to have, I guess. We just try to keep things moving. We aren't looking to expand into some huge empire. We are happy right here in Palakarai. We’ve seen the streets change and new houses go up, but our little spot stays pretty much the same. We just open up, do the work, and go home at the end of the day.
