We are based at 40 South Car Street in the Thiruvanaikovil area of Trichy. It’s a place with a lot of history and the streets can be quite narrow and crowded, especially during festival times. Our shop isn't hard to find if you know the landmark. We deal with the motor company business right from this spot. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned building with high ceilings and heavy doors. We spend our days managing the bikes and parts that come through here. The floor is often a bit greasy because that’s the nature of working with engines and machinery. There isn't much in the way of air conditioning, so we rely on the breeze coming off the street. We talk to a lot of local customers who have been riding these bikes for years. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing team; we just have a few guys who know their way around a motorcycle. Usually, there’s a stack of old ledgers on the counter and a calendar from three years ago still hanging on the wall. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we aren't. People around here appreciate that we are direct and don't waste their time. It’s just a regular day of work for us at the South Car Street location. We often stay late just to finish off the repairs or sort the tools back into their places.
