T.S.Chandramohan & Co. has its office at 11, Raja Colony, which is on the Collector's Office Road. Being so close to the government offices means there is always a lot of activity around here. Our office is a modest space with old wooden desks and shelves that are sagging under the weight of too many files. It smells a bit like old paper and ink inside. Assistants who have been with us for a long time know where every single document is kept, even if the place looks a bit disorganized to an outsider. People come in all day long, mostly looking for help with some kind of paperwork or legal matter. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Usually, you just grab a stool and wait your turn while we finish up with someone else. This is a very traditional way of working. Hand-written notes and old-fashioned ledger books are still in use here. Technology is something we don't really use much unless we absolutely have to. Most of the day is spent talking to clients or going over to the collector's office to get something signed. It’s a steady kind of life, and we’ve been part of the Raja Colony neighborhood for many years now. We like it here because everything we need is just a short walk away, and the local faces are familiar to us.
