Tony Exports

If you come down to No. 7/ 177 on Sangam Mangalam Street in Avinashij, Trippur, you will find Tony Exports. This part of town is always moving because of all the textile work happening nearby. We are right in the middle of it. Our days are mostly about checking piles of garments before they head out. Being in Trippur means there is always a lot of competition and noise, but we just focus on our own table. The street can get pretty crowded with bikes and people moving goods back and forth. Inside our place, it’s mostly just us working through the stacks. We handle a lot of different types of exports, so the boxes are always being taped up and labeled. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the work slow, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the list. We have been in this spot for some time now and know most of the people on Sangam Mangalam Street. It is a very practical kind of life here. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because the clothes take up all the space anyway. You just see rows of finished goods and the sewing machines humming in the background. We make sure everything is counted right and ready for the trucks to pick up in the morning.
