We are located at 61-B Kondayampettai Agraharam, right in the heart of Thiruvanaikovil. It is a busy street, especially during the festival times when the temple gets crowded. Our office is not very big, just a small room with a few chairs and a desk covered in papers. We spend most of our days talking to drivers and making sure the cars are ready for the next trip. It can get quite loud outside with the bells and the traffic, but we are used to it by now. People come to us when they need to go to the airport or take a long trip to another city. We don't have a fancy booking system; we just write everything down in a big ledger we keep on the shelf. The fan makes a clicking sound as it spins, but it helps with the heat. Sometimes we have tea with the drivers while we wait for the guests to arrive. We know the roads around here very well because we have lived in this area for a long time. It’s a simple business. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them about us. We just try to make sure the vehicles are clean and the drivers know where they are going. That is the main thing we do every day from morning until late at night.
