Thayaar Silver Private Limited

Our place is located in the basement of the Kings Square Building. It is over on 11th Cross Main Road in Thillai Nagar. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler, which is nice during the summer months when Trichy gets very hot. We handle a lot of silver work here. We have been in this spot for some time now. You have to walk down the stairs to find us at 9A/C1. It is a bit tucked away but people who live around Thillai Nagar know where the building is. We spend our days checking silver weights and looking at new designs that come in from the workshops. It’s not a very large space, so it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock arriving in big boxes. The building is usually pretty busy with other people going in and out of the offices upstairs. We try to keep things organized but sometimes there are papers and boxes everywhere on the floor. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a steady one that does its job. Most of us here have worked with silver for years. We know the metal well and how it should look. Thillai Nagar is a good area to be in, lots of energy and people walking by. We just open up in the morning and do our work until it’s time to go home. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't spend much on decorations, we just focus on the silver pieces we have.
