Thareesh Travels

We are based at 10/C on Vathukara Street in Woriyur. It’s a narrow street, so it’s better if you’re on a bike when you come to see us. We’ve been running this travel business for a few years. It’s mostly just me and my brother handling the work. We have a couple of cars that we send out for trips. Most of our customers are from the local area. They need a ride to a wedding or maybe to the hospital in the middle of the night. We try to be available when people call. The office is just a small room at the front of the house. We have a desk and a calendar on the wall where we mark all the bookings. Sometimes we run out of space on the calendar and have to start writing on the edges. We don't have any big advertisements or a fancy logo. People just know Thareesh Travels because we’ve been here. We spend a lot of our time cleaning the cars and checking the oil. It’s honest work. Sometimes the rain makes the street muddy and we have to wash the cars more often. We don't have any big staff, just us. We know the roads around Woriyur and the rest of Trichy very well. If a customer is late, we wait for a bit. That’s just how things work here.
