Our office is on the second floor of Udhayam Towers. It is located on Madurai Road in the Tiruchirappalli Fort area. Being right across from the passport office and near Star Theatre makes us easy to spot. The building is a bit old and the stairs can be tiring if you are not used to them. We mostly deal with consulting for people who need help with their paperwork. It is a lot of typing and checking details on forms. The office is usually quiet unless we have a few people waiting. We have some old chairs for people to sit on. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back on. We don't have any fancy marketing. Most people come to us because their friends told them we could help. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Trichy. We just do our work day by day. Thabiaa Consultants is a small operation. We have a few computers and a printer that sometimes acts up. We use a lot of blue ink pens. You can see the traffic on Madurai Road from our window. It’s always moving. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the passport office across the street shuts its gates. It’s a steady job and we’ve been in this tower for a good while now.
