Subiksham Women'S Welfare Foundation

Subiksham Women'S Welfare Foundation is located in Peryasamy Towers, specifically at 31/Cf-4A on Kaliyamman Koviltheru. This is right near the Chathiram Bustand in Trichy, so it’s pretty easy to find if you’re coming from out of town. We’ve been here for a while, working out of this space. It’s a busy building with lots of other offices, but we like the energy. Our group focuses on helping women in the local area. It isn't anything fancy. We have a few desks, some chairs, and we spend a lot of time talking to people who come in. Trichy is a lively city and being near the bustand means we see a lot of different people every day. We aren't experts in marketing or anything like that. We are just local folks who wanted to do something useful. The foundation keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when we have meetings. We don't mind though. It’s better than being in a quiet, empty room. We handle all sorts of situations. Most of the time, it's just about listening and seeing what kind of support we can offer. We don't have a big budget for decorations. We just make sure there is enough tea for everyone. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We're glad to be part of the community here in Tiruchirappalli and hope to stay at this location for a long time. It feels right.
