Trichy is a hot place, and Karumandapam is no exception. Our office for SRSAIRAM DEVELOPERS is at No.59 in Sai Plaza. It’s right on the Dindigul Main Road in RMS Colony. If you’ve ever driven that way, you know how busy it gets. We’ve been here for a bit, doing the hard work of land development and building. It’s not an easy job. There’s a lot of dust, and the sun really beats down on you when you’re out at the sites. We aren't a big, fancy company with glass walls and suited-up executives. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to get things built. Our office is practical. It has the basic stuff we need, like chairs, desks, and way too many files. We spend more time on the phone with suppliers than we probably should, arguing about the price of materials. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, like a delivery being late or a machine breaking down. We just handle it. We like being in Trichy. It’s our home. We’ve watched the city grow and we’ve been part of that by putting up buildings where there used to be empty land. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is solid. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring. Most days we end up pretty exhausted, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work.
