Sri Vignesh Air Travels

Sri Vignesh Air Travels is up on the first floor of the Chitra Complex. This is right in the Tiruchirappalli Townhall area, very close to the Chatram Bus Stand, so it is always loud and busy outside our windows. You have to come up the stairs in the complex to find us at number six. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for our computers and a small area where people can wait. We spend a lot of time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best timings for people who are heading out of town. The walls are a bit plain, maybe needing a fresh coat of paint, but they serve their purpose. We have a lot of regular customers who come to us because we’ve been in this building for some time. Dealing with air travel means we have to stay on top of a lot of changing information, so there is usually a lot of typing and clicking going on. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big lobby; it’s just a functional workspace. Sometimes the noise from the bus stand makes it hard to hear on the phone, so we have to speak up. It’s a typical day-to-day business where we just focus on the task at hand and help the people who walk through our door.
