Sri Mariyamman Travels

Sri Mariyamman Travels is located at C-14 in the Teppakulam area of Thenkarai, Srirangam. It’s a peaceful part of town compared to the main city center of Trichy. We are close to the water, and you can feel that slower pace of life here in Srirangam. Our office is a small room with a simple desk and a few chairs for visitors. We don’t have any big neon signs or anything like that, just a small board with the name. Most of our days are spent talking to neighbors and locals who need to arrange travel for temple visits or family trips. The office has a tiled floor that stays relatively cool, and we usually have a small radio playing in the corner. We keep our records in a simple way, mostly using a ledger and a basic computer setup. It’s a very local feel here, where everyone knows everyone else. Sometimes the goats from the street wander near the door, and we have to shoo them away. We aren't a big travel corporation; we are just a small local business helping people get from one place to another. The air is often filled with the smell of flowers from the nearby markets. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and we like it that way in this part of Srirangam.
