If you are in the Cantonment area of Trichy, you might have seen the Sanjay Regale Apartments on Reynolds Road. Siranjeevi Hospitals Private Limited is located there, specifically at 4/ FF7 on the first floor. It’s an interesting spot for a hospital because it’s part of an apartment complex, which makes it feel a bit more like home and less like a cold institution. We have been here in Tiruchirappalli for a bit, and we like the location because it’s central. Reynolds Road is a well-known spot, and there is usually a lot of activity outside. Inside our space, we have the usual setup—waiting chairs, some desks, and the clinical areas. We don’t go for any of that polished corporate look. It’s just a place where we work and talk to our patients. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the hallways when it’s a busy morning, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down notes in the files. It’s a very grounded way to work. We know our neighbors in the building and the local shops nearby. It’s just a regular part of our lives, being here and doing this every day. There is always something to do, and we just keep at it until the evening rolls around.
