We are Shree Veejay Property Developers Private Limited. Our office is at No 43 on Nehru Second Street. It’s over in Edamalaipatti Pudur, which is a busy part of Trichy. We’ve been working out of this spot in Tiruchirappalli for a good while now. Property development is what we do every day. It involves a lot of time on site and even more time dealing with the local rules. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us trying to do right by the projects we take on. Sometimes we are juggling three different things at once, and it gets a bit hectic. That's just how the building business goes in Tamil Nadu. We know the streets around here well. Edamalaipatti Pudur has its own rhythm. We fit right into that. People stop by the office to talk about their plans for homes or land they want to fix up. We give them a straight answer based on what we've seen work before. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We use simple tools and hard work to get things built. We’ve had some long days and some tough projects, but seeing a building finished is always a good feeling.
