Shree Pudavaikarai Amman Travels is a small operation located on Mudhaliyar Street in the Woriyur area of Trichy. Our address is number 59, and it’s a pretty quiet street compared to some of the main roads in the city. We have been here for a good while, just running the business in a way that makes sense to us. The shop is tucked away among other local houses and small businesses, which gives it a real neighborhood feel. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door and a place for people to sit when they come in. Usually, it's just one or two of us here handling the bookings and talking to people who walk in off the street. Woriyur has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We spend most of the day answering questions and looking at the computer to get things sorted for our customers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but life goes on and we stay open. We like being in this part of Trichy because it feels more like home than a cold business district. Most of our regulars are people from nearby who have been coming to us for years. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful whenever someone stops by to ask about travel.
