Shree Meenakshi Tours & Travels

We are sitting right here in the SPCA Complex at Puthur. It is quite easy to find since we are just a short walk from the Government Hospital in Trichy. Shree Meenakshi Tours & Travels has been around for some time now, mostly helping people get where they need to go. Our office is small but it does the job. Usually, things are busy in the mornings when the hospital crowd starts moving. We keep some notebooks on the desk to track the trips. It isn't anything fancy. Just a local travel spot. Some days are quiet, others the phone just won't stop ringing. We know the roads around Puthur pretty well. My nephew helps out sometimes when I am away. We try to keep the cars clean and ready. It is a simple life running a business in this part of Trichy. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the plastic chairs for a bit. People stop by to ask for directions even if they don't need a ride. We don't mind. The 2/15 Puthur address is easy for most folks to find. Most of our regulars live nearby or work at the hospital. We just take it one day at a time here. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood. The tea shop next door makes a decent ginger chai which helps during long shifts. We have a few old maps on the wall, though everyone uses phones now. Sometimes the traffic outside the branch office gets a bit loud, but you get used to it. It’s a practical setup for a travel business like ours. We even have a small prayer corner with a lamp that we light every morning. It’s just a regular, busy day.
