Our office for Shahidh Internationcman Power Consultacy is at number 17 in the St Paul’s Complex on Bharathiyar Salai. If you are in the Tiruchirappalli Cantt area, you probably know the building. It’s a place where a lot is always happening. We work as a manpower consultancy, which basically means we spend our whole day talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need workers. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this kind of thing, so our desks are usually covered in files and applications. Bharathiyar Salai is a very busy street, so there is always the sound of horns and people outside. We have a simple setup inside the complex. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby, just a room where we sit and talk to folks about their skills and what they can do. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at the same time to ask about jobs. We try to keep things organized, but it can get messy during the busy hours. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we know the other shop owners in the complex. It’s a regular job for us, helping people find a way to earn a living. We don't have a lot of big talk about it, we just do the work and hope it helps someone out in the end.
