Senthil & Co.

Senthil & Co. is based at 262 Wireless Road in Kamraj Nagar, right by the airport. Being so close to the airport means there is always a lot of activity and the sound of planes taking off at all hours. We’ve gotten so used to it that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. Our place is more of a practical workshop and office combined. We handle a variety of things here, mostly involving local trade and supply. It’s a bit of a cluttered space, but we know where everything is, mostly. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find one of us in the back moving crates or at the front desk checking the logbooks. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when shipments are delayed or something goes wrong with the transport. We just deal with things as they come. There’s no point in stressing too much about it. We’ve been on Wireless Road for years and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we’ve kept our way of doing things pretty much the same. We don’t use any high-tech systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper because it’s faster for us. It’s just a gritty, real business where we put in the effort and hope for a good day’s work. We value the relationships we've built with the folks around here over the decades.
