Sathyam Air Travels Services Pvt Ltd is just here in the Cantt area of Trichy. We are on the first floor at number 25 on Promenade Road. It’s pretty easy to find if you know where the Maruthi showroom is, we are right by there. We spend most of our days sitting at these desks, looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes for people who walk in. It’s not a fancy place, just a normal office with a few computers and some files stacked up. Sometimes the traffic outside on Promenade Road gets a bit loud, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. People come in asking about tickets to all sorts of places, and we just do our best to find what they need on the screen. It can be a bit of a headache when the systems are slow, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood hasn't changed all that much, though there are more cars now. If you’re coming by, just look for the sign near the showroom and head upstairs. We don’t have any big speeches or anything, we just handle the bookings and the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates over and over to make sure nothing is wrong. We keep it simple and focus on the day-to-day work we have here.
