If you are walking down Strahans Road in Pattalam, you will probably see us. We are at No 157/7, right across from the Mahalakshmi Cinema. It's a busy spot in Chennai, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and people going to the movies. Our clinic has been here for a long time. It’s a poly clinic, so we see a bit of everything throughout the day. People come in for all sorts of reasons. We aren't a big hospital, just a local clinic for the folks living around here. The waiting room isn't huge, so it can feel a bit cramped when it's busy, but we try to keep things moving. We know most of the people who live in Pattalam because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s one of those places where you recognize the faces in the neighborhood. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights. Just the name on the door. Dealing with health problems is never easy, so we just try to be practical about it. You come in, we see what’s wrong, and we go from there. Being opposite the cinema makes it easy for people to give directions to us. "Go toward Mahalakshmi Cinema," they say. It works for everyone. We’re just here doing our job every day, part of the local scenery. It might be simple, but it is how we have always done things here.
