Sakthi'S Hospital & Research Center is located at number 26 on Kumaran Colony Main Road in Vadapalani. It’s a busy area and the road stays quite active throughout the day. We have been here for a good while, and most people in the Vadapalani neighborhood know the building. It’s a practical place, not something you’d see in a magazine. We do medical work and some research too, all under one roof. The staff usually gets in early to beat the worst of the traffic. You can see the shops and houses all around us. It feels very much like a part of the local scene. Inside, things are kept simple. We have the labs and the patient rooms set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. It isn't a massive complex, so you don’t have to walk miles to get from one side to the other. People come in from the main road, and it can get a bit loud with the horns and the general bustle of Vadapalani outside. We just focus on the patients. There’s no corporate talk here, just people trying to help other people get better. Sometimes the waiting area gets crowded, and we have to shuffle things around a bit. That’s just life in a city hospital. We’ve been at this location for years, and the building shows its age a little, but it works fine for what we do every day.
