Rsk Travels is based in the Ganga Krishna Complex in Kumara Vayalur. We also have a branch over in Manjankoppu. Trichy is where we have always been. The complex is a busy place with other shops around us, like tailors and small grocery stores. Our office is just a regular unit in the building. We have the name painted on the glass door. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the bookings and talking to the drivers. Kumara Vayalur is a nice area, a bit away from the main chaos of the Tiruchirappalli Ho center but still busy enough. We don't have any glossy brochures or anything like that. We just tell people what vehicles we have available and when. Most of our work is done over the phone or by people just dropping in while they are doing their other errands in the complex. Sometimes the stairs in the complex are a bit steep, but we are used to them. We focus on the day-to-day things, like making sure the vehicles are clean and the drivers have the right papers. It’s a practical business run by local people. We have the Manjankoppu branch too, trying to keep both spots running smoothly. It keeps us busy all day long. Having a spot in the Ganga Krishna Complex makes it easy for people to find us while they are out and about. We just stay here and handle the daily travel needs as they come. There's always something needing attention.
