Rosma Impex

Our place is at No. 49-1, 1St Street in Ponneripuram. It’s tucked away in the Ponmalaipatti area. If you’re looking for us, you have to keep an eye out because the street signs aren't always the clearest around here. Rosma Impex is where we handle all our daily tasks. It’s a bit of a mix of a warehouse and a small office. There’s always stuff being loaded or unloaded at various times. It gets a bit chaotic when two trucks show up at the same time because the street isn't that wide. We’ve had to ask neighbors to move their bikes more than once so we can get through. Everyone is pretty patient about it though, since we’ve all been here a while. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office inside is small and usually has a stack of registers on the main desk. We don't use a lot of fancy software; a lot of things are still written down by hand in big books. It feels more reliable that way sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us. We deal with people directly, and we try to be as straightforward as possible. If something is delayed or there is a problem, we just say so. There’s no point in making up excuses. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, making sure things get done eventually.
