We are based in Uyyakondanthirumalai in Trichy, right near Bishop College. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy to get to, but it still feels like a neighborhood rather than a cold business district. Our office is a practical space where we handle the development side of things for the city. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby full of trophies. Our workspace is filled with maps, site photos, and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so sometimes the office is a bit quiet. When we are all in, it’s usually a lot of talk about regulations and building plans. We’ve been in Trichy for a long time, and we know how things work around here. We don't try to impress people with big corporate presentations. We just show them what we're working on and explain it in a way that makes sense. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things take longer than we’d like, but that’s just the nature of the business. We enjoy being near the college and seeing the students walk by every day. It’s a grounded, local operation, and we’re quite alright with that. We might not have the newest computers or the most modern office chairs, but we get the work done regardless.
