Rafick Travels

We are located right at the Marakkadai bus stop in J.J Towers. If you know Trichy, you know how busy this spot gets throughout the day. Our office isn't very big, but it stays busy with people coming in and out from the street. Most of the time, we are just sitting here at the desks, dealing with bus bookings or helping someone figure out their train timings. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, especially during the peak hours when the buses pull up right in front of the building. We’ve been here for a while now. The walls have some old calendars and a few maps that we use to show people where they are going. We don’t have fancy furniture or anything like that. Just some plastic chairs for customers and a few computers that have seen better days. Usually, one of us is on the phone while the other is trying to find a route on the screen. It’s a simple setup. We know the regulars who stop by just to ask about prices or to see if a certain bus is running on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is just a normal local business trying to get things done for people in the neighborhood. We don't do much advertising; people usually just see the sign while waiting for their bus and walk in.
