Rabia Associates

Rabia Associates is located over at Number 36 on New Farance Road. This is the Perambur Barracks area of Chennai, not far from the old Binny Mills. If you know Belvedera Village, we are right around there. It’s an old part of the city. The building we are in has that classic Chennai feel to it. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are always on full blast. We handle a lot of different types of work, mostly involving paperwork and consulting for people in the neighborhood. Our desks are usually covered in documents and various files we are working through. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. You can see the history of the area just by looking out the window. The Binny Mills site brings back a lot of memories for people around here. We don't have a polished corporate look. Our office is just a regular place where people come to get things sorted out. Most of the people who walk through our door are locals. We know their names and their families. It’s a very personal way of doing business. Sometimes we sit and talk for a bit before even getting to the actual work. That is just how things go in this part of town. We keep things honest and simple. There is no need for anything fancy when you are just trying to help.
