R. C. Travels

Our small office is located at No. 72/F on R. S. Road in Srirangam. It’s a pretty good spot and easy to find if you are familiar with the area. R. C. Travels has been operating here in Trichy - 620006 for quite a while now. The road outside can get very noisy with all the buses and motorbikes passing by, but we have grown used to the sound. Inside the office, it is usually just us and the hum of the ceiling fan. We keep all our records in large binders and have a few maps pinned up to help with planning. It is a very basic setup for a travel business. We don't spend much on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Most of our work happens over the phone. People call us up when they need a vehicle, and we figure out who is available to take the job. It can be a bit of a balancing act during the busy season. Srirangam is a very active place, and R. S. Road is one of those main streets that never really stays quiet. We enjoy being right in the middle of everything. We don't have a corporate mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the drivers are on time and the customers are okay. When the weather gets really hot, we keep the door partially closed to stay cool. There is a small bench outside where the drivers can rest. We are just a local business run by local people, and that's all.
