We are tucked away over here at No. 11 A Semathamman New Colony in Perambur Semathamman New Colony. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the main market, but people find us when they need specific medical items. Our shelves are usually packed with boxes of all sizes. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific thing right away, but we eventually do. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The neighbors know us as the place that always has those white delivery trucks coming and going. Dealing with surgical supplies isn't always the most exciting job, but it’s important work. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets dusty sometimes with all the cardboard, but that is part of the business. My uncle started this place because he saw a need for it nearby. Now, we just keep the doors open and help out whoever walks in. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth seems to work well enough around here. Usually, someone is here from morning until late evening. It is just a regular shop doing its thing. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the supplies moving to where they need to go next. It’s steady work and we like the routine of it. There is something satisfying about knowing where every little box goes.
