We’ve got our small office at No.37, Bishop Road in Puthur. Oxina Land Developers is basically just a few of us who spend our time looking at plots of land and figuring out how to develop them. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it keeps us busy. The office is pretty quiet, just a place to handle the paperwork and meet with surveyors. We don't have a big fancy sign or a modern lobby. It’s just a room with some maps on the wall and a couple of chairs. Most of our work happens outdoors, walking around sites and checking the boundaries. Puthur is a nice area to work in, and we’ve gotten to know the locals over the years. Developing land takes a lot of time and there is always some kind of delay with the permits or the clearing of the site. We don't make big promises or use any marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to get it done. Sometimes the market is slow and other times we are running around like crazy. It’s just how this business goes. We aren't a big corporation with lots of layers. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us directly. We’re just regular people doing a practical job, trying to make sure the land is ready for whatever the owners want to build next.
