Noble Ice Creams

Noble Ice Creams is located at 142, Allithurai Road in the Puthur area of Thillai Nagar. We’ve been operating out of this building for years. It’s a sturdy old place, though we have to do a lot of maintenance to keep it looking okay. The street outside is usually busy with people going to work or heading home. We try to keep the shop inviting, but it’s definitely more of a practical space than a decorative one. We spend a lot of time checking our supplies. If we run out of something on a Tuesday, it’s hard to get more until Friday, so we have to be careful with our planning. We aren't business experts; we just learned by doing it every day. Some of our machines are older, and they need a bit of extra care. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just rely on the people who live in Thillai Nagar and the surrounding parts of Puthur. They know where we are. It’s a straightforward life, running a shop like this. We have our regulars who come in every week, and we enjoy seeing them. We don't make any big claims about being the best. We just provide what we have and keep the shop running as best as we can. The old roof leaks a little when it rains hard, so we keep a few buckets handy just in case.
